IRINA PIRTAC
Lighting Designer
Irina joined CU Phosco in 2024 as a Lighting Designer.
Irina started her work in lighting back in 2006, and hasn't left the industry since. With more than 8 years of experience in lighting design, Irina's career has seen her gain experience in other key areas of specification design, which includes commercial, logistic, industrial, architectural and street lighting.
So far, Irina has completed the Advanced Lighting Design modules for interior and exterior lighting with the Lighting Industry Association, and she's now working towards the completion of the Exterior Lighting Design Design Diploma with the Institution of Lighting Professionals.
Outside of work, Irina enjoys spending time with her family as well as recharging and reconnecting with her identity and cultural values at her parents farm in Romania. She's also actively involved with her local community, supporting individuals and helping at events as a Communities 1st Ambassador.
